Stottler Henke is a leader in the development of scenario-based intelligent tutoring systems (ITS) for the U.S. military.  These systems provide the benefits of individualized instruction automatically and cost effectively. By enabling students to apply their knowledge and skills in a wide range of typical and exceptional situations, ITSs help students quickly acquire expertise that would ordinarily require years of experience.

Stottler Henke's training systems and technologies have been recognized as SBIR success stories by many in the defense community. And the company contributes to the community of training researchers and practitioners by sharing knowledge via conferences, journals, and book collaboration. Net revenues have grown at a year over year average rate of 302% for the three-year period ending in 2017 and the company was recently selected for a $25M contract with the Air Force.
